News: Big Bad Book Habits, Etc

Last week was a slow one for book-related news.

• Malaysians' "big bad book habits" are hardly surprising. I've also seen water bottles and empty cups on bookshelves at Borders @ The Gardens.
• Review of a book about a book: The Book of Kells by Bernard Meehan. Some pretty pictures from that book can be seen here.

• Wilbur Smith will be helped by co-authors? He's not setting a trend, he's following one. Plus, he's about 80, so it's bound to happen.

• Adam Mansbach's (Go the F— to Sleep) year on the best-seller list.
